CONSTITUTION:Switch SW1 is turned on and switches SW2 and SW3 are turned off to charge capacitor C3 from DC power source 3. After that, when switches SW1 and SW3 are turned off and on respectively, charged electric charge of capacitor C3 is discharged to the load through lines l1 and l2. After that, when switch SW3 is turned on, electric charge of capacitor C3 is discharged rapidly through resistance R2 and inductance L2. As a result, square wave pulses are applied to load 2, and said operations are repeated.
