Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The temperature and pressure of superheated vapor are given to a temperature transmitter 1 and a pressure transmitter 2 and values thereof are transduced into a value of DC current or a value of DC voltage. And, each output is given to an operator 3, operation is performed based on a publicly-known formular of relation, and the value of T/P is found. This output is further given to a characteristic transducer 4, where the value of T/P inputted is transduced into a value in accordance with the characteristic curve of the vapor. Then, this output turns to be a value corresponding to the specific volume. In addition, for the purpose of finding the density, this output is further passed through a reversing circuit and thereby a value of density is obtained.
