Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent cohesiveness, adhesive force, etc. and to reduce a necessary amount of a solvent, by a method wherein an adhesive soln. in which an alcohol is used as the solvent, is coated on a substrate within a short time after the preparation of the soln., and rapidly dried.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 100pts.wt. of an acrylic copolymer consisting of 0.05W15wt% of an unsaturated monomer having functional group. reactive with isocyanate group. (e.g. an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an acrylamide, and the like) and 99.95W 85wt% of a 4W12C alkyl ester of (meth)acrylic acid (e.g. n-butyl acrylate) and (B) 0.1W20pts.wt. of a polyfunctional isocyanate cmpd. (pref. an aliph. polyisocyanate), are dissolved in a lower prim. alcohol (which may be mixed together with a ketone or an ester having a b.p. of 50W150°C) to form an adhesive soln. by using this soln., an adhesive layer is formed on a substrate as quickly as possible after the soln. is prepd.
