Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the accuracy of tracking (an angle error of reflected light) accurately for a short time regardless of the weather and time by a mechanism wherein a reflector angle detector is mounted to a reference plate running parallel with a reflector installed at the back side of the reflector of a sun tracking device at a stage when the tracking device can be operated. CONSTITUTION:A level 36 is placed on a reference surface of a stay 20, the level is made parallel with a reference base 8 by adjusting the stay 20 by means of a lower cross joint 16, a disc 12 rotating around an axis A11 is turned, and an extension line of a marking line 35 of the stay 20 is crossed with a marking line 34 of the reference base 8. The level 36 is placed on a mounting base 31, and each angle of revolution detected by means of revolution angle detectors 27, 30 disposed at each axial end of an axis D26 and an axis E28 of a joint 25 is used as the reference angles of each axis. A reflector detector is installed to a reference plate 7 of a sun tracking device by means of magnets 32 mounted to the mounting base 31 by utilizing a reflector mounting frame 2 at the back side of a reflector 1 of the tracking device.
