Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform the dropout compensation at the output section of video signal and to easily compensate the color signal, by taking the delay time of delay element as the value in displacement of a factor of an odd number for the semi-period of the color carrier from one horizontal time. CONSTITUTION:The reproduced FM signal is input to the limiter FM detector 11 and the envelope detector 12, and the output of the detector 11 is fed to the summing point 13.
