Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The pick up element 1G picks up the paper signal and feeds a signal to the sampling hold circuit 2G and performs output from the terminal 3G. If deficient noise is present, the sampling pulse PG is controlled with the control signal SG from the control signal forming circuit 5G, the pick up output one video element before is succeedingly held to reject the deficient noise and to compensate the pick up output one video element before. Thus, the compensation of deficient noise can be made with the same chroma signal and with a comparatively simple constitution.
