The liquid B advances from the inner tube 5 into the lower part of the intermediate tube 2 and further, expanding an elastic circular body 8 in the direction of width, penetrates from a liquid-B injecting orifice 7 into the outer tube 1, where it is mixed with the liquid A and stirred sufficiently. Then, the mixed grout is injected into the ground on the outer periphery and improves the ground through setting.
