Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform a uniform grinding excellent in chemical and physical strength, by treating with an aqueous solution containing high molecular compounds before coating the electric conductive article by electrodeposition and baking with heat.
CONSTITUTION: Electric conductive article is treated by high molecular compounds before coating by electrodeposition and baking with heat. One kind or two kinds or more of mixture selected among the group composed of partially or perfectly saponified polyvinyl alcohol, polyacryl amide, polyethylene glycol, polyacrylate or polymethacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl ester, 2-hydroxypropyl ester or dimethylamino ethylester of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, are used as the high molecular compounds. One kind or two kinds or more of acids, such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid and one kind or two kinds or more of surface active agents selected among the group composed of anionic, nonionic or cationic surface active agent, can be added to said high molecular compounds.
