Способ удаления оксидов и гидрооксидов железа различного происхождения с поверхности изделий из стали, заключающийся в обработке поверхности изделия смесью из карбоновых кислот, моно (алкиловых, диоксиалкиловых) эфиров карбоновых кислот и моноалкиловых эфиров серной кислоты, отличающийся тем, что в качестве карбоновых кислот используют малеиновую и сульфомалеиновую кислоты и дополнительно включают в смесь моно (алкиловые, диоксиалкиловые) эфиры малеиновой и сульфомалеиновой кислот и моноалкиловые эфиры серной кислоты при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:
Малеиновая кислота - 0,1-4
Сульфомалеиновая кислота - 0,3-10
Моно (алкиловые, диоксиалкиловые) эфиры сульфомалеиновой кислоты с числом атомов углерода в алкильном радикале - один, три, четыре, диоксиалкильном - три - 1,0-20
Моно (алкиловые, диоксиалкиловые) эфиры малеиновой кислоты с числом атомов углерода в алкильном радикале - один, три, четыре, диоксиалкильном - три - 0,1-2,5
Моноалкиловые эфиры серной кислоты с числом атомов углерода в алкильном радикале - один, три, четыре - 0,1-5,5
Вода - Остальное
при этом обработка производится в течение 2-11 мин при температуре 50oC60oC.
