Abstract

PURPOSE: To conserve energy by changing the setting of gas pressure for a governor through combination of a motor and switches.
CONSTITUTION: In changing the setting for a governor 1 from the bottom dead point to the top dead point, a dual switch 14, 15 for shifting the setting to the top dead point is closed. This causes opening of another dual switch 16, 17, so that current is supplied to a motor 9 from B to A. Resulatntly, motor 9 is turned in clockwise direction and a rack 8 is moved downwrd. Simultaneously with the movement of rack 8, a bottom-dead-point switch 11 is closed. When the rack 8 comes to the top dead point, a top-dead-point swithc 12 is opened and connection of motor 9 to the power source is interrupted, so that rotation of motor 9 is stopped. In this state, the load acted to a spring 8 is the greatest, so that the opening of a valve 5 becomes maximum.
