Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to provide the function of waveform shaping while increasing a noise margin by feeding antiphase output signals of FF back to either base of data writing transistor. CONSTITUTION:To the base of data writing transistor TRQ4', the collector of TRQ3' is connected to provide positive feedback. Namely, when data input terminal 1' of FF is at ''L'', TRQ4' turns on and as the voltage of terminal 1' is gradually increased from the point mentioned above, a current shunt to TRQ3' starts on the forward base-emitter biasing of TRQ3', so that TRQ4' will rapidly be turned off according to characteristics of feedback to the base. Namely, input-output voltage characteristics of the data writing part vary as shown by curve 50 and even if a waveform slow in rise and fall is applied to terminal 1', a shaped output can be expected while the noise margin is made large through the hysteresis effect.
