Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the infiltration of oxidative gas from outside for preventing the denaturation of liquid by providing a cylindrical bubble tube at the upper part of a foaming liquid tank and filling bubbles in the cylindrical tube. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid concentrating process for a reverse osmosis device, the cylindrical bubble tube 9 is provided at the upper part of the liquid receiving tank 2, and original water from the line 1 and/or circulating water from the line 4 is flowed into the tank 2 to cause bubbles to form in the liquid until the tube 9 is filled with the bubbles 10, thereby preventing the intrusion of oxidative gas. Thus, the denaturation of liquid can be prevented, the lowering of the amount of permeating water due to the pollution of membrane can be prevented, and therefore, the life of the membrane can be prolonged.
