CONSTITUTION:A magnetic flux collecting protruded piece 51 is provided on a Hall element substrate 5 made of a magnetic material. A Hall element film 3 is provided on the collecting piece 51 so that the magnetism-sensitive part of the film is opposed to the piece 51. A nonmagnetic material 6 is provided around the collecting piece 51 so that a plane is defined by the material and the piece. Ni-Zn ferrite is the best material for the substrate 5.
