Abstract
PURPOSE: To promote the drying and fixation of seal agent, by discharging the excessive seal agent by flowing out air after filling in the foam shape seal agent in the pipe and adhering the remaining seal agent in ring shape on the in-tube wall surface to deliver heated air.
CONSTITUTION: The foam shape seal agent in the foam generator 3 is injected in the pipe 1 via the linking tube 2. When the seal agent reaches the recovery vessel 7, the blower is stopped. After a given time, the blower 4 is operated with the valve 13 closed, the excessive seal agent is discharged outside the pipe 1 and it is recovered in the recovery vessel 7. Thus, the seal agent is adhered and remained in the inner wall of pipe in the continuous ring toward the pipe axis. Next, the switch in the power supply box 10 is applied, the linking pipe 2 is heated with the heater 9, the air from the blower is heated to 30W100°C (especially 60W80°C) with heat exchange, and the remained seal agent is dried and fixed by delivering the heated air in the pipe.
