The latch projections 64, 66 are latched, the nozzle cover 60 is set to foam position and the lever 30 is turned toward the arrow A, then the center of the jet mist flow of cone shape flowed from the jet mist outlet 40 collides with the linking part of the arm 72. A part of the circumference collides with the arm 72 and is scattered. But most of it flows without colliding with the arm 72, then the scattered liquid is mixed, and it is mixed with the air supplied from the notch 68 and flows out from the foam flowing out hole 74.
