Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the manufacture of the anisotropic magnet having a uniform, minute and high magnetic characteristic by a method wherein the magnet is minutely molded by applying a centrifugal force parallel to an external magnetic field being applied to magnetic particles suspending in a liquid. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic anisotropy powders suspending in a liquid like water, etc., are filled up in a molding vessel 8, and an external magnetic field is applied. With the magnetic field being applied, a shaft 5 supporting the molding vessel 8 is made to rotate so as a centrifugal force parallel to the magnetic field acts to separate the liquid. By this way, as the all powder particles are compressed being affected directly with each other with pressure generating by the centrifugal force that the distortion of density distribution of the compressed powders substance is reduced, and as the particles are suspended in the liquid that the obstruction against the rotation of particles does not generated when the D.C. magnetic field is applied, and the orientation is completely performed. Therefore an anisotropic magnet having a uniform, minute and high magnetic characteristic can be obtained.
