Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize glutamic acid dehydrogenase especially in the presence of NADH or NADPH in high concentration, by adding a specific stabilizer.
CONSTITUTION: Glutamic acid dehydrogenase containing reduced-type nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide (NADH) or reduced-type nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH), is stabilized by adding α-ketoglutaric acid and/or L- glutamic acid and at least one compound selected from sugars, sugaralcohols, amino acids or their salts, and organic acids or their salts.
