Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten the turning-off time to make a high-speed operation possible, by providing a transistor for charge emission between the base of the inverter transistor in the output stage and the ground and by discharging rapidly base storage charge of the output inverter transistor at a turning-off time. CONSTITUTION:NPN transistor TrQ2 of an emitter follower and NPN inverter TrQ3 driven by the emitter output of TrQ2 are provided, and further, TrQ4-Q7 are provided which are driven by the collector output of TrQ2 and constitute a totem pole output stage together with TrQ3, thereby forming a logical operation circuit. NPN switching TrQ6 which emits charge of the base is provided between the base of inverter TrQ3 and the ground in this constitution, and NPN TrQ7 is connected between the base of TrQ6 and the collector of TrQ2, and the base of TrQ7 is connected to the emiter of TrQ5 of the output stage; and when inverter TrQ3 is switched from turning-off to turning-on, a part of the transient base current of output-stage TrQ5 is flowed to TrQ6 to make a high-speed operation possible.
