Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering of a floor temperature, by employing an arrangment for a heater using air heating and floor heating in combination in which the time for interrupting heating operation by a room thermostat is limited for a particular period and the heater is forcibly set into heating operation independently of the instruction of the room thermostate given during the above period.

CONSTITUTION: At the instant when a compressor is set into operation through energization of an electromagnetic relay 22, a capacitor C₄ is charged instantaneously via resistances R₁₀, R₁₁. At the time, the output of a comparator 24 becomes logic H and keeps operation of the compressor. Here, if an operation starting instruction is given from a room-temperature controlling circuit 14 at the time of cooling or heating operation under the state that the room temperature is raised to a set temperature so that a terminal 23 is switched to L, the compressor can be kept in its inoperative state. Thus, cooling or heating operation is not started until the discharging period is passed. A monitoring waiting circuit 15_-2 produces an output H during the operation of the compressor and also when operation of the compressor is interrupted for a predetermined while and gives an instruction to the second timer circuit 16 for counting the time.
