Abstract
PURPOSE: To automatically display damaged bag filter, by detecting the change of dust content in filtered gas after shaking down the dust of multiroom dust collector.
CONSTITUTION: Many bag filters are arranged in the rooms 1aW1d of the multiroom dust collector 1. At the time of shaking down the dust, filtration of one room is stopped and the dust of the bag filter is shaken down by the order of the dust shaking down controller 2. The dust is shaken down at every room successively. The detector 4 detecting the change of dust content of exit gas, is provided on the exit side dust 3 of the collector 1 and the change of dust content is detected after the dust shaking down operation and then, the room generated the damage of bag filter, is displayed on the display panel 6 when the value of dust content is abnormally high.
