Abstract

PURPOSE: To make constitution simple and highly accurate and decrease the attenuation of light by supporting a mirror surface turnably around the turning shaft of the mutually turning arms as a mirror surface supporting shaft and advancing the light beam passing in the arms in such a manner as to maintain the same relative positions by way of the link mechanisms of the predetermined construction provided to this mirror surface supporting shaft.
CONSTITUTION: An arm 3 is articulately fitted to the turning frame 2 controlling the angle α around the vertical axis and angle β around the horizontal axis of the bed 1 of a fusion-cutting robot and the arms 4 and 5 turnable around the horizontal axis are successively articulately fitted thereto. The shaft fitting between the arms 3 and 4 is supporting a mirror surface 11 to the same shaft. A turning guide arm 12 is fixed to a shaft 10. The links 13, 14 articulately fitted to the arms 3, 4 are articulately fitted to the guide arm 12, slidably in a guide groove 12a to form quadrilateral links K. Since the mirror 11 turns by Δβ/2 when the arms 3, 4 turn by the angle Δβ, the beam of the laser 6 provided in the arm 3 advances by being reflected without changing its relative position with the arms. Thereby, the constitution may be made simple and highly accurate and the attenuation of light decreased.
