Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the phase of oscillation continuous independently of intermisson of oscillation, by holding electric charge charged in a capacitor at an oscillation stop time and by restarting oscillation on the basis of this electric charge in case of oscillation restart. CONSTITUTION:When the holding signal is not input, constant current source 3 is connected to capacitor 4 through switch 2. When the electric charge quantity of capacitor 4 exceeds the high threshold value of Schmitt circuit 5, the output is inverted and becomes L, and the output of OR gate 6 becomes L also, and switch 7 is closed, and capacitor 4 becomes the discharge state by opposite-polarity constant current source 8, and the output of Schmitt circuit 5 is inverted and becomes H, and the output of OR gate 6 becomes H, and switch 7 is opened. If the holding signal is input in the course of oscillation of these operations, switches 2 and 7 are opened, and the electric charge quantity of capacitor 4 is held; and if the holding signal disappears, oscillation is restarted on the basis of this electric charge quantity.
