Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a dust collector from inverse electrolytic dissociation by joining a part of exhaust gas from the inlet of a economizer through a catalytic recator before a dust collector and adjusting SO2 concentration in the gas.
CONSTITUTION: Exhaust gas from coal-burned boiler, etc. is added with NH3 by a NH3 injecting means 2 and introduced into a denitration device 3. Here NOX in the exhaust gas is reduced and decomposed to N2 and H2O with NH3 and a catalyst. On the other hand, a part of the exhaust gas is extracted from the inlet of a economizer and, after NH3 is added by a NH3 injecting means 2, is introduced into a catalytic NOx is inverted into N2 and H2O by NH3 and a catalyst, and at the same time SO2 is inverted into SO3, and joined behind a heat exchanger 4. This quantity is controlled by adjusting the extracted gas which is introduced into the catalytic reactor 3 according to a desired SO3 concentration before a dust collector with a flow rate regulation valve FV. As a result the efficiency of electric dust collector is improved.
