Abstract
PURPOSE: To arrange so that a correct room temperature or outdoor temperature can be estimated by providing a refrigerant temperature sensor at the position of special value of heat transfer tube from a pressure reducing device end of the heat transfer tube.
CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant temperature sensor 9 is installed on a heat transfer tube 2a to detect a saturation temperature. Therefore, said sensor is of extreme precision. However, when the refrigerant temperature sensor 9 is installed at the outlet of a heat transfer tube 2a, a refrigerant is only of the gas phase, tending to have an abnormal temperature rise, resulting in an estimation error increases. Considering factors such as the possible unevenness of refrigerant volume, overload, etc., the refrigerant temperature sensor 9 is arranged at a position somewhere at a distance equivalent to three quarters the entire length of heat transfer tube 2a from a pressure reducing valve 8 end. Thereby it is possible to estimate a correct outdoor temperature or room temperature without the use of an outdoor temperature sensor or a room humidity sensor.
