CONSTITUTION:Digital-signal mixing arithmetic circuit 19 is provided with interpolating circuit 107. Matrix-element determining circuit 20 determines matrix elements at a lower frequency than sampling frequency fs of an input digital signal. In accordance with the sampling frequency of the input digital signal, determined SXT matrix elements are interpolated by interpolating circuit 107, whose interpolated matrix element output is stored and matrix arithmetic regarding the stroed elements and input digital signals of S channels is performed to obtain output digital signals of T channels. Thus, interpolation is applied, so that a noise input mixing in an operating waveform can be reduced without making the unit large and expensive.
