Abstract

In case of a neutral electrolyte almost all kinds of metal or alloy can be used, and carbon powder can be used in all kinds of electrolyte. The metal or the like of several μWseveral mm grain size is added by ≥20wt% and ≥several wt% in case of an electrolyte of high electrical conductivity and an electrolyte of low electrical conductivity, respectively. This method can be applied to all of a direct power supply method, an indirect power supply method, a direct and indirect power supply method, the shower method and a diaphragm electrolytic method.
