Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the degree of noise mode and decrease vibration and noises by a process wherein iron plates to which slots are punched are laminated while shifting the locations of the slots only by half slot-pitches of every proper number of sheets when a core is prepd. by laminating iron plates. CONSTITUTION:When a core is formed by laminating iron plates to which slots are punched and made up, the iron plates are laminated so that the locations of the slots are shifted only by the half of slot pitches to the locations of adjacent slots of every one sheet or plural sheets. When the slots are totally-enclosed slots, the locations of the slots can be shifted by moving openings 1 formed for providing skews. Thus, a vibration mode is enlarged by doubling the apparent number of the slots, and the vibration and noises of the core can be decreased.
