Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of bounding and seat the shutter stably in the open and close positions by controlling the forward and reverse power supply to a bipolar rotary solenoid.
CONSTITUTION: When a low level operation signal is applied while shutter blades 3 are held closed, switches SW1, SW2 are opened and closed respectively by way of a converting circuit 21 and a switch driving circuit 22. Then, an over-driving circuit 23 energizes a bipolar rotary solenoid 1 to predetermined polarity, thus causing the blades 3 to turn in the open direction. When the blades 3 turn to the central position, the output of a central detecting sensor 8 inverts to a high level and an open timer circuit 18 starts operating by way of a change-over circuit 17, causing the output of an FF20 to invert to a high level during the timer time. As a result, the circuits 21, 22 change over the opening and closing of the switches SW1, SW2 to energize the solenoid 1 to opposite polarity, thereby applying the brake to the blades 3.
