Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase an available surface area of an obtained gas absorbing element by adhering a flat plane sheet material and a ridge of a corrugated sheet material by coating an adhesive agent intermittently.
CONSTITUTION: A flat plane sheet material 1 and a corrugated sheet material of which at least one comprising a carbon fiber contained paper are used and an adhesive agent 3a, 3a... is coated on a wave top portion of the material 2 intermittently and both sheets are bound. Subsequently, an adhesive agent 3b, 3b... is intermittently on a wave top portion of the material 2 of the obtained one surface corrugated molded sheet and wound around a core material 5. As a result, a rotary type gas absorbing element having numberless small permeating pores 4 permeating both end surfaces of a cylinder formed therein is obtained. Because this gas absorbing element is formed by adhering and molding both sheets intermittently or a dot like manner, compared to a conventional gas absorbing element, the area of which exchange capacity is inhibited by coating an adhesive agent is extremely reduced. Therefore, the exchange efficieny in adsorbing, absorbing and exchanging a gas can be enhanced.
