Abstract
PURPOSE:To alleviate the requirement of dimensional accuracy of the polarized electromagnet by bringing a pole piece into contact with the polarized surface of a magnet plate only by the specified end to eliminate irregular stroke of the pole piece with the piece supported at two fulcra. CONSTITUTION:A magnetized block A formed with differently polarized surfaces 3, 4 confronting each other at both ends is provided by bridging two magnetic plates 1 at the center therebetween by a permanent magnet 2. Further, the central portion is inserted into a coil bobbin 5, and both ends of a magnetized piece 6 are arranged between the surfaces 3 and 4 of the block A, one of the ends is fixed and the other thereof is pivotally supported at a pivotal fulcrum 7 at the center, so that when one end of the piece 6 is contacted with the one surface 3 of one end of the block A, there can be formed a slight air gap 8 between the other end of the piece 6 and the other surface 4 at the other end of the bolck A. A residual plate 18 of nonmagnetic material is fixed only to the surfaces 3, 4 of one end of the block to form the air gap 8 corresponding to the thickness at the other end thereof.
