Abstract
PURPOSE:To accomplish the even impregnation of the varnish quickly by trickling the varnish along the slope of a conical distribution member provided on the upper coil end of the upper and lower end parts so arranged to fix a core. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 fitted with the coil 4 is fixed on the first positioning means 15 with the coil ends 4a and 4b upper and lower in the position. The conical distribution member 21 is arranged on the upper coil end 4a with a skirt section corresponding thereto while a varnish feed port 19 is provided on the top 21b of the distribution member 21. The distribution member 21 and the varnish feed port 19 are fixed with the second positioning means 23 and 24. Under such a condition, the varnish trickles from the varnish feed port 19 along the slope of the conical distribution member 21 whereby the coil end section 4a is impregnated therewith. This enables even impregnation of varnish quickly.
