CONSTITUTION:The coreless armature is constituted by making the armature winding 1 part to rigidify inone body with resin 2. At this time, density of thermosetting resin 2 is reduced from the winding end part 5 on the commutator 3 side of the armature winding 1 toward the winding end part 6 direction on the anticommutator side, and moreover the high density part of thermosetting resin 2 is formed at the winding end part 6 on the anticommutator side. For the thermosetting resin 2, exposy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, diaryl phthalate resin, polyurethane resin, silicon resin, etc., are used as the base thereof.
