Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform an X-ray scanning at high speed by simplifying the mechanism of an X-ray tube device which consists of an electron radiation device composed of an electron-generating source and a rotary shielder with small holes through which electron is permeated and a vacuum outer case housing a ring target and both the electron-generating source and the rotary shielder. CONSTITUTION:The bottom of a vacuum metal outer case 11 of a conical flask form is provided with the conical concavity 71, and the peripheral edge portion of the bottom is also provided with the ring target 13 of a high-melting material. And, the electron-generating source 14 is provided to the tip portion of a flask form, and a cylindrical rotary shielder 15 with small holes 16 controlling the direction of electron emission is provided around the source 14. The shielder 15 is turned by means of the magnetic field of a coil 17 provided outside the outer case 11, thereby the scanning of X-ray can be performed at high speed.
