CONSTITUTION:The helix type slow wave circuit 1 is supported on the metal cylinder 3 by the dielectric strut 2, and the outside of the metal cylinder 3 is provided with the outer case 8 for filling the cooling medium 7. Also, part of the outer case 8 is provided with the fin 10 to cool the heat pipe 9 and the heat conducted to the heat pipe 9. A groove through which the heat pipe 9 is passed is provided in one or two or more of the permanent magnets of a focusing magnetic device.
