Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Interlocking to a diesel engine 10, an oil pressure pump 16 is driven through a shaft 18. To the shaft 18 and the pump 16, a rotational speed detecting switch 28 turned on by a rotational speed sensor 26 at a rotation not less than an idling speed and an oil pressure switch 20 turned on at an oil pressure not less than a certain level are electrically connected. Then both signals are input to a control circuit 22 to simultaneously energize an actuator 24 at a generation of rotational speed and oil pressure not less than a certain level, and enable the supply of fuel to the engine 10 from a fuel infection pump 14. If the engine is reversely rotated, the actuator comes to an unenergized state at that point because the oil pressure is reduced.
