Abstract
PURPOSE:To cut off only the short-circuited signal line among those which are branch-connected to the master unit, by cutting off the signal line with reduction of the signal line voltage and furthermore closing again the signal line in case the voltage is still kept at a low level after the cutoff. CONSTITUTION:The reduction of the signal line voltage at the side of master unit 1 caused by switch 6 is detected by CPU8, and then relay 5 is driven to open switch to open switch 6. After this, when the signal line voltage becomes normal, the short circuit of the signal at the terminal side is decided with the open state kept for switch 6. And in case the reduction of the signal line voltage is still kept, noshort circuit of the signal line at the terminal side is decided to give the connection state to switch 6.
