CONSTITUTION:Switching unit 112 consists of duplex switching circuit 104, self- holding relay 110, etc., and circuit 104 judges switching on the basis of fault detection signals from duplex units 100 and 101 and then outputs of a switching request signal to cable drivers 105 and 106 and relay driver 109. In case that when the contact of relay 110 is placed at the solid-line position with unit 100 set to the operation side, the power of switching unit 112 is turned OFF, relay contacts 107 and 108 are shifted to the solid-line positions to ground unit 100 via contact 107, and then unit 100 continues to operate as the operation side.
