Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize the amplifying characteristics and to reduce the distortion of an output signal and the total number of transmission lines, by regulating a supply voltage to a V-I converting circuit, making the power supply voltage outputted from a reception section constant, and transmitting the output of the V-I converting circuit to the reception section via a power supply transmitting line. CONSTITUTION:An output terminal 17a of a signal source 16 in a transmission section 15 is connected to an input terminal of a V-I converting circuit 18 which converts a voltage signal into a current signal, and an output terminal of the circuit 18 is connected to a transmission line 22a. Further, to a terminal 24a of the transmission line 22a, an emitter terminal of a transistor (TR) 25 constituting a reception section is connected and a collector of the TR25 is connected to a load resistor 27. Further, the output of the signal source 16 is converted into a voltage Is at the circuit 18 and transmitted to the reception section 23. On the other hand, a positive voltage of a DC power supply 28 is fed to the circuit 18 via the load resistor 27, TR25, transmission line 22a and resistor 21.
