CONSTITUTION:A rotary cylinder 21 mounted with rotary magnetic heads 1a, 1b and a rotary disc 22 are mounted to the upper part of a revolving shaft 23, and lower rotating parts such as a rotor magnet 24 and a rotor plate 30 are mounted to the lower part. Further, bearings 35a, 35b are disposed to the upper and lower bearing cylinder parts 26a, 26b along the shaft 23 of a stationary cylinder 26 and since the distance l between the two bearings 35a and 35b is set at the relation of l>=L with respect to the distance L between video signal transmitters 33, 34 and a motor stator 28, the increase in the inclination of the shaft 23 does not occur, and with such constitution, the direct motor coupling type rotary magnetic head device of thin and short type is realized without degrading performance.
