PURPOSE: To permit the strong operation of an air conditioner so as to abruptly raise temperature at the beginning of heating operation by making up a control circuit for heat-pump heating operation of a comparator circuit, a switching circuit, and bistable multivibrator.
CONSTITUTION: At the beginning of heating operation, when room temperature TR is lower than a set temperature TS, H is supplied to the output terminal 113 of the first comparator 11, and L is supplied to the output terminal 133 of the second comparator 13. Thus, in the switching circuit 14, a transistor 18 is base-biased and energized and a control relay CR is energized to operate the compressor motor. Also, in the bistable multivibrator 19, the input terminal 221 of an inverter 22 turns L according to the output L of the second comparator 13, so that H appears in the output terminal 222, and the input terminal 201 and the output terminal 202 of the inverter 20 turn H and , respectively, to energize the control relay HR.
