Abstract
PURPOSE: Titled composition that is obtained by adding a specific curing agent to a reaction product of a specific epoxy resin composition with an organosiloxane, thus giving cured products suitably used as flexible plates because of high flexibility, flame retardancy and soldering heat resistance after moisture absorption.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A composition comprising (a) an elastomer-modified chain epoxy resin, such as an epoxyurethane of formula I (R is alkylene, R' is phenylene) and (b) an epoxy resin such as bisphenol epoxy resin is made to react with (B) an organosiloxane of formula II (R1 and R2 are alkyl, phenyl; R3 and R4 are alkyl, phenyl, alkoxy, n is positive integer); then combined with (C) a poly-p-vinyl phenol as a curing agent where the weight ratio of a/b is 10W30/100 and B/A is 10W40/100 preferably.
