PURPOSE:To achieve low loss and low ripple, by providing a reflector for reflecting wave generation, in the range of the width of a cross finger transducer, for either one of transmitting or receiving transducer. CONSTITUTION:Reflecting components are suppressed at a receiving transducer 3, and a reflection wave 8 is returned to a transmitting transducer 2. On the other hand, a part of a surface wave 5'' transmitted from said transducer 2 changes to a reflection wave 8' and most of it is transmitted. The transmitted component can be suppressed by mounting silicone rubber or the like on a piezoelectric substrate, and the reflection wave 8' is only the reflection component. Thus, the phase to the reflection wave 8 can be controlled by changing the location of a metallic strip 1. Further, the magnitude of the reflection wave 8' can be controlled by changing the length and the number of a metallic strip 9.
