Abstract
PURPOSE:To compensate the irregularity of characteristic by arranging elastic surface wave absorbing materials between I/O piezo-electric transducers. CONSTITUTION:Piezo-electric transducers 2 to 4 are formed on piezo-electric substrate 1, and I/O earth terminals 5, 6 and 7 are provided.Transducer 2 is arranged in the position opposite to transducers 3 and 4, and transducers 3 and 4 are arranged in position different in respect to the elastic surface wave propagation direction, so that the elastic surface wave transmitted from transducer 2 may be taken out as electric signals having a fixed phase difference by transducers 3 and 4. Elastic surface wave absorbing materials 10 such as Si gum is provided to prevent edge face reflection, and adhesive tape 8 of the gum-system adhesive is sticked and is stripped again to be sticked to a slipped position, thereby performing fine adjustment. Further, when a proper jig is used to arranged elastic surface wave absorbing materials, the irregularity at a mass production time can be compensated easily. Meanwhile, the degree of adjustment is determined by the length and the position of the tape which intersects respective surface wave propagation pathes.
