CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage generator 6 produces a reference voltage at start, and an output current of a differential voltage amplifier 5 increases the output voltage until the base current of an output transistor 3 can be increased. Further, when an output voltage is a set value, a start circuit independently of a feedback loop is provided and the reference voltage of a generator 6 and the amplifying power of the amplifier 5 are supplied from the constant voltage output only of constant voltage output terminals 7, 8. Thus, the amplification factor of the differential voltage amplifier 5 can be made stable easily and the stability of the output voltage can be made excellent.
