Abstract

PURPOSE:To cope with running devices for all cars without requiring the increase or decrease of the hardware, by changing control constant and variables in a program instructing the processing steps to a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION:A speed-meter cable 19 is rotated in proportion to a car speed through the running of a car. Thus, a rotating magnet 20 rotates in proportion to the rotation of the cable 19, thereby causing the change in the magnetic field. This change is detected at a Hall IC21 to produce the pulse in proportion to the car speed, and this pulse is delivered to a pulse generating circuit 1 for car speed. Further, the car speed resolution is increased by multiplying the pulses from the Hall IC21 at the circuit 1. This multiplied pulses are counted 2 for a given time and are inputted to a CPU9. Thus, the CPU9 receives a car speed information and scans the set state of an acceleration switch 3 and a deceleration switch 4, a prescribed processing is made according to the program of an ROM10 to outut the acceleration and deceleration signals.
