Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the fitting density of a film and to realize an exchange of the film, by attaching interchangeably plural modules within a container.
CONSTITUTION: An ultrafiltration device, consisting of an upper mirror plate 2, a lower mirror plate 8 plus a barrel part 5, is partitioned into an upper chamber A, a lower chamber B and a barrel chamber C by an upper tube plate 4 and a lower tube plate 7. A module 1 is attached interchangeably to the plates 4 and 7 so as to be isolated from the chamber C by an O-ring and/or gasket. Thus, the chamber A is communicated to the chamber B by a separating film that forms the module 1. Then the raw solusion to be filtered is poured through a row solution pouring port 9, and said solution fills the chamber B and then fills the chamber A through the module 1. A raw solution flow-out port 2 is closed and the pressure is applied from the port 9. Thus the filtrate filtered through the separating film is flowed out through a filtrate flow-out port 6 or 10.
