Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of blister by galvanizing a hot rolled steel plate contg. a specified amount of B and N. CONSTITUTION:A hot rolled steel plate contg. 0.002-0.02wt% B and 0.002- 0.02wt% N and manufactured by an ordinary method is freed of surface oxide scale layers by pickling or other method, and the descaled plate is galvanized in a Sendzimir line under ordinary conditions. In order to further enhance the corrosion resistance and coatability, the galvanized plate may be chromated or phosphated.
