Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion caused by the detrimental gas generated at a winding by a method wherein a cushioning material, extending to the inner circumferential direction in between the inner section of a stator core and molded resin, is provided. CONSTITUTION:An aromatic polyamide paper, for example, spreading over the inner circumferential direction of the inner section of the stator core 12a, is provided as the cushioning material 18. Then, a stator winding 12b is assembled in the stator core 12a, placed in a mold and formed in one body using molding resin 12d. Through these procedures, the corrosion of the stator winding 12b which will arise from detrimental gas can be prevented, because no exfoliation is generated on the core 12a and the mold resin 12d.
