Abstract

PURPOSE: To separate tightly joined platelike bodies automatically and easily so that they become able to be easily suspended piece by piece, by pressing tip section of a comblike jig against side surface of the platelike bodies which are tightly piled up and vibrating them.
CONSTITUTION: By operating a cylinder 2, a comblike jit 3 is repeatedly pressed against side-end surface of platelike bodies 1 which are tightly piled up, and by vibrating the platelike bodies 1 in lateral direction, tightly joined platelike bodies 1 are separated. And then, by lowering a hoist 4 by operating a lift cylinder 9, the topmost one of thus separated platelike bodies 1 is sucked up by all the suction units 10 and lifted up by the hoist 4, and it is separated from plural platelike bodies 1 piled tightly on a loading table 7.
