CONSTITUTION:A DC voltage DC is converted to voltages EU-EW corresponding to the first to the third phases of 3-phase alternating currents via inverters 1-1- 1-3 and is then supplied through filters 2-1-2-3 to output lines 3-1-3-3 respectively. The currents IU-IW flowing through the output lines 3-1-3-3 are detected by current transformers 6-1-6-3 and are inputted through sensors 7-1-7-3 to respective control circuits 8-1-8-3, which detect the unequilibrating components existing in the inputted output currents IU-IW to produce compensation signals to the inverters 1-1-1-3 respectively.
